OF JUNE 16, 2016, IT IS STATED THAT “AS OF THE ENTRY INTO EFFECT OF THIS LAW, THE RULES CONTAINED IN THE FEDERAL PENAL CODE AND SPECIAL LAWS OF THE FEDERATION RELATING TO THE PARTIAL REMISSION OF THE PENALTY, PREPARATORY FREEDOM, ARE REPEALED. AND SUBSTITUTION OF THE PENALTY DURING THE EXECUTION. "]
